Forum Sans is a typeface inspired by Sarah Romano, the academic coordinator of the visual department at the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. When I visited her office for an interview, I noticed that she had a lot of random stuff in there, yet it all seemed organized. Her role leads to writing countless emails, and this typeface can supplement her work. Headlines within the email can use this visually intriguing typeface. The gaps in the stems give the type some movement, and the horizontal cross strokes can act as bullet points. While she has a lot of "boring" information in her emails, a simple flare in using this typeface alters her emails to appear more personal and fun.

The typeface itself is a sans-serif font. Aiming to make this text look as smooth as possible, I rounded out the corners. Again, expect to use this typeface as a display type, but can still be usable in smaller text sizes. I didn't include any breaks in the stems with the lowercase since it would make it more difficult to read, but the same sense of movement is still visible.
